MANUFACTURING:
All type of forge products are manufactured by chain process, long bar induction heater for heating raw material, power presses, screw press & ring rolling machines.

The indigenously developed presses & ring rolling machines technology enables us to produce (round and custom components) of different shapes & size as per custom design.

The in house tool room facility has proven a strong support in developing jigs, fixtures, dies and tooling to forge critical parameters of different bearing races(rings) and customer jobs.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:
KRANTI FORGING continuously strives towards gaining higher levels of quality standards. This is achieved by laid down proper system of quality & management, by research & upgrading of various analysis and statistical process control data.

Necessary technical training of manpower is carried out at regular interval. Equipments are continuously upgraded and added to ensure it meet with the ever-growing demand of complex design requirements.
